SAFETY PICTURE HANGERS

..

Every single glass fronted picture and framed mirror in California should be hanging on one of these picture hangers. This Picture Hanger works so incredibly well that we have had a glass fronted poster hanging in our office three years for a test which everybody who goes by intentionally hits to try and knock it down and it is still hanging there. This hanger holds pictures and mirrors up to 100 pounds to the wall. The Los Angeles Fire Department states that "a large percentage of injuries caused by an earthquakes are due to lacerations by shards of broken glass and falling objects". Broken glass is dangerous both when it falls and when you or your family step on it barefooted in the dark in the middle of the night while they are trying to escape. Safety hangers are made of carbon steel. The exclusive captive wire design won't allow heavy glass fronted pictures or mirrors to be knocked, bumped or shaken off the wall. This is especially important during earthquakes or where large pictures may be bumped or hit that hang over couches, beds, or in children's rooms. These picture hangers will protect you from injury and your art work from damage. How these hangers work is by having a fish hook design (red arrow) to catch the wire from bouncing up and off the hook when they are hit or jolted. A ridge of steel (blue arrow) holds the wire out 1/8 inch from the wall and under the hook. The weight of any picture or object pulls down and outward from the wall which holds the wire under the hook. The hanger is attached to the wall with a furnished toggle bolt so it can't be pulled off the wall.

Only $1.50 each.
